Okometsubu Fujiyama llega a la preparatoria Wakame con una meta clara: hacer cien amigos. Sin embargo, su vida da un giro inesperado al conocer a Masaru Hananakajima, un personaje excéntrico y un artista marcial que practica una disciplina única llamada "Sexy Commando".
Masaru, decidido a expandir su arte, funda un club dedicado al Sexy Commando, reclutando a Fujiyama, a quien apoda cariñosamente Fuumin. Pronto, el club se ve invadido por una galería de personajes tan extraños como divertidos: desde alienígenas hasta adorables animalitos peludos, pasando por bigotes inexplicables. A medida que el club gana popularidad, las aventuras se vuelven cada vez más bizarras y entrañables, demostrando que la amistad puede florecer en los lugares más insospechados y con las personas más singulares.
