En la vibrante secundaria Yotsuba, vive Love Momozono, una chica de 14 años cuyo corazón rebosa bondad, siempre dispuesta a ayudar a los demás antes que a sí misma. Un día, mientras disfruta de un espectáculo del aclamado grupo de baile "Trinity", una chispa se enciende en su interior: ¡ella también quiere ser una bailarina! Pronto, sus mejores amigas, Miki y Inori, se unen a su causa. Miki se convierte en la valiente Cure Berry, mientras que Inori adopta la identidad de la decidida Cure Pine. Juntas, estas tres jóvenes forman un equipo invencible, listas para proteger la felicidad de todos y hacer frente a las amenazas que acechan.
