Al final de su primera aventura, Doremi y sus amigas tuvieron que renunciar a sus poderes de brujas, volviendo a ser chicas normales. Esto significó también decir adiós a Majorika, Lala y las hadas, además de ver el MAHO-Dou cerrado y la puerta al Mundo de las Brujas clausurada.
Pero la Reina, observando todo, urde un plan. Las envía de regreso al Mundo de las Brujas con la excusa de devolver un secador de pelo a Majorika. Sin embargo, al llegar, descubren un jardín secreto donde una rosa revela… ¡un bebé!
La Reina les encomienda la misión de cuidar y criar a este pequeño durante un año entero. Para asegurar su éxito, las chicas reciben poderes de bruja renovados y más potentes que antes. ¡La aventura mágica está lejos de haber terminado!
